These terms and conditions apply to all purchases, enquiries and orders made with SHAIKH TREDRS, whether made in person at our shop, by phone, through WhatsApp or through this website.

By placing an order or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing your order.

All products are subject to availability. Product descriptions on this website are for general guidance and may not list every item we stock.

We stock a wide range of hardware, farming tools, construction materials, paint, plumbing and electrical items. Availability of a specific item, brand or size should be confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before you visit or order.

Prices are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) at the rates prevailing at the time of purchase. Prices shown anywhere on this website, if any, are indicative and may change without notice.

Rates for bulk orders and contractor supplies can be discussed in person or by phone.

An order is confirmed only when we confirm it to you, in person, by phone or by WhatsApp message.

For items not in stock, we will inform you of the expected arrival time. Expected times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Payment is due at the time of purchase or delivery, unless a separate credit arrangement has been agreed with us in advance.

We accept cash and standard payment modes agreed at the counter. Goods remain the property of SHAIKH TREDRS until paid for in full.

You may collect your order at our shop. Local delivery may be possible for heavier items such as cement, pipes and bulk materials — please ask us about delivery charges and timing when you order.

Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by transporters or events beyond our reasonable control.

Please inspect goods at the time of purchase or delivery. Returns and exchanges are accepted only for unused items in their original packaging, with the bill, within a reasonable period agreed at the counter.

Certain items — such as cut-to-length pipes and wires, special-order goods, electrical items once installed, and paints once opened — cannot be returned. Perishable stock such as cement is subject to the manufacturer's and our own conditions at the time of sale.

Tool and equipment warranties, where offered, are provided by the manufacturer, not by SHAIKH TREDRS. We will help you approach the manufacturer or its service centre where a warranty claim applies.

The content of this website is for general information about our shop and products. Enquiry forms and buttons on this site connect you to us by phone, WhatsApp or Google Maps; we do not collect or store your enquiry details on this website.

You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to disrupt its operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SHAIKH TREDRS is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from advice given in good faith about product selection. Our liability for any product is limited to its purchase price.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra.
